Wular Global Refund Policy  

At Wular Global Tradename Wular Global Academy or Wular North america or Wular Trainings etc here in referred as WG , we are committed to providing flexible and fair solutions for our clients. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, credit notes, and rescheduling in various scenarios.  

1. Cancellation by Wular Global  

 If WG cancels a training program for any reason, registered clients will receive a full refund.

 Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation announcement.

 Clients will be notified via email or phone about the cancellation and refund details. WG will has no liability whatsoever to compensate the client for any losses suffered due to cancellation.

 2. Cancellation by the Client.

 Full Refund: Clients may cancel their enrolment and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled course start date. 30 Days will be the standard cuttoff date to receive any refunds but it may change without any prior notice solely at the discretion of WG.

   Requests must be communicated in writing via email to <info@wularglobal.com>

   Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.

Late Cancellations

• Clients who cancel 30 days or less before the course start date have two options:
  1. Credit Note for Full Amount:

1. Receive a credit note for 100% of the paid fees, valid for 24 months to enroll in any future Wular Global training program of Similar Mode of Delivery Online for Online and Inperson for Inperson.
2. Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Partial Refund:

1. Request a partial refund, with the amount calculated at Wular Global’s discretion (based on costs incurred, such as materials or administrative fees).
2. Partial refunds if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

• Clients must specify their preferred option (credit note or partial refund) in their written cancellation email.

 3. Postponement Due to Force Majeure  or any other reason.

 In the event of a training postponement caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) or due to lack of minimum number of participants to run a course clients may:  

1. Attend the rescheduled course date at no additional cost.  
2. Request a credit note valid for 24 months to enroll in a future course of the same delivery method (e.g., online for online, inperson for inperson).  
3. Credit notes issued under this clause are nontransferable and subject to course availability.

WG will not be liable for any damages to client due to postponement of the training course.

 4. Credit Note Terms  

 Credit notes must be used within 24 months of the issue date.  

 They cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless stated by Wular Global.  

 Expired credit notes will not be reinstated.  

 5. Non-Refundable Scenarios  

No refunds or credit notes will be issued for:  

1. Partial attendance or failure to complete the training. 
2. Course materials accessed or distributed prior to cancellation. 
3. Cancellations received after the training program has commenced. 

 6. Refund Processing  

1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
2. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution (typically 5–10 business days after initiation).

 7. Policy Updates  

Wular Global reserves the right to modify this policy. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
